When the venue in a case is changed, the fee for making up and transmitting the transcript and papers is fifty dollars ($50) and a further sum equal to the uniform fee for filing in the court to which the case is transferred. The clerk shall transmit the uniform filing fee with the papers in the case to the clerk or judge of the court to which the case is transferred.
