The court shall decide the case after the court does all of the following:
(a) Examine the record in camera, if permitted by subdivision (b) of § 915 of the Evidence Code.
Terms Used In California Government Code 7923.105
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- Oral argument: An opportunity for lawyers to summarize their position before the court and also to answer the judges' questions.
- Subdivision: means a subdivision of the section in which the term occurs unless some other section is expressly mentioned. See California Government Code 10
(b) Examine any papers filed by the parties.
(c) Consider any oral argument and additional evidence as the court may allow.
