All expenses incurred in carrying out the provisions of this title shall be payable solely from funds provided under the authority of this title, and no liability or obligation shall be imposed upon the State of California.
Except as provided in Section 92270, no expenses shall be incurred by the commission in excess of the amount of money which has been provided under this title.
Terms Used In California Government Code 92200
- Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.
- State: means the State of California, unless applied to the different parts of the United States. See California Government Code 18
Under no circumstances shall the commission create any debt, liability, or obligation on the part of the State of California payable from any source whatsoever other than from the money provided under this title.
