Long-term health care facilities must prominently and clearly display the following notice on all contracts of admission, and all advertisements used to solicit consumers to enter into contracts of admission: “For more information about our facility, you may call the State Ombudsman’s Office at (insert toll-free number).”
(Added November 8, 1988, by initiative Proposition 105. Operative January 1, 1990. Invalidated in 1991 by court decision.)
