“Owner-occupied housing unit”, for the purpose of Part 6 (commencing with Section 52500), means a single-family dwelling situated in California which is occupied by the owner, and includes a dwelling unit in a stock cooperative, as defined by § 11003.2 of the Business and Professions Code, a community apartment project, as defined by § 11004 of the Business and Professions Code, or a condominium project, as defined by subdivision (c) of Section 11004. 5 of the Business and Professions Code.
