Upon application of either the employer or the employee, the wages earned in seasonal labor shall be paid in the presence of the Labor Commissioner, or his deputy or agent.

  • seasonal labor: means all labor performed by any person hired in this State to perform services outside of this State for a period greater than one month, where the wages are to be paid in this State, not at fixed intervals, but at the termination of such employment.
