No person shall institute any action for the enforcement of any apprentice agreement, or damages for the breach of any apprentice agreement, made under this chapter, unless all administrative remedies provided by this chapter have first been exhausted.

Terms Used In California Labor Code 3085
- apprentice: as used in this chapter , means a person at least 16 years of age who has entered into a written agreement, in this chapter called an "apprentice agreement" with an employer or program sponsor. See California Labor Code 3077
- Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.
- Person: means any person, association, organization, partnership, business trust, limited liability company, or corporation. See California Labor Code 18
