After hearing, the court, in its discretion, may approve, modify and approve, or disapprove the proposed action and may authorize or direct the conservator to transfer or dispose of assets or take other action as provided in the court’s order.

Terms Used In California Probate Code 2584
- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
- Conservator: means the conservator of the estate, or the limited conservator of the estate to the extent that the powers and duties of the limited conservator are specifically and expressly provided by the order appointing the limited conservator. See California Probate Code 2400
