Any donee accepting property pursuant to the program shall own and maintain any setback or buffer area that may be necessary for the use of that property in accordance with this division, in order to avoid infringement on the customary husbandry practices on adjacent or nearby agricultural or timber operations.

Terms Used In California Public Resources Code 37025
- Program: means the Natural Heritage Preservation Tax Credit Program authorized by this division. See California Public Resources Code 37002
- Property: means any real property, and any perpetual interest therein, including land, conservation easements, and land containing water rights, as well as water rights. See California Public Resources Code 37002
