Terms Used In California Codes > Public Resources Code > Division 22.8 > Chapter 2 - Definitions
- Board: means the governing board of the San Gabriel and Lower Los Angeles Rivers and Mountains Conservancy. See California Public Resources Code 32603
- Conservancy: means the San Gabriel and Lower Los Angeles Rivers and Mountains Conservancy. See California Public Resources Code 32603
- Person: includes a corporation as well as a natural person. See California Corporations Code 18
- Territory: means the territory of the conservancy that consists of those portions of the Counties of Los Angeles and Orange located within the San Gabriel River and its tributaries, the lower Los Angeles River and its tributaries, the San Gabriel Mountains, the Dominguez Channel watershed, and Santa Catalina Island, including, without limitation, all of the following:
