The authority shall require that any equipment or improvement financed by a loan made pursuant to this article shall be certified as having been installed or completed.

Terms Used In California Public Utilities Code 3367

  • Authority: means the California Consumer Power and Conservation Financing Authority established pursuant to Section 3320 and any board, commission, department, or officer succeeding to the functions thereof, or to whom the powers conferred upon the authority by this division shall be given by law.
