The filing of a valid claim for disability benefits by a trainee shall establish a disability benefit period.

Terms Used In California Unemployment Insurance Code 2769

  • Trainee: as used in this article means an individual who entered military service after April 1, 1940, and who continued such service for not less than 90 consecutive days. See California Unemployment Insurance Code 2767
