  • bonds: means revenue bonds, notes or other evidences of indebtedness. See California Government Code 6540
  • Commissioner: means any county agricultural commissioner. See California Food and Agricultural Code 26
  • Entity: as used in this article means any agency, board or commission provided for by a joint powers agreement pursuant to Article 1 of this chapter. See California Government Code 6542
  • Governing body: as used in this article means the board or commission provided for by a joint powers agreement, pursuant to Article 1 of this chapter. See California Government Code 6543
  • Indenture: as used in this article means the instrument providing the terms and conditions for the issuance of the revenue bonds, and may be a resolution, order, agreement or other instrument. See California Government Code 6544
  • motor vehicle: includes a recreational vehicle as that term is defined in subdivision (a) of §. See California Vehicle Code 415
  • Person: includes a natural person, firm, copartnership, association, limited liability company, or corporation. See California Vehicle Code 470
  • Project: as used in this article includes buildings, structures, improvements and all facilities appurtenant thereto or provided therefor together with land and offstreet parking facilities necessary therefor to be financed by revenue bonds issued pursuant to this article.   • vehicle: is a device by which any person or property may be propelled, moved, or drawn upon a highway, excepting a device moved exclusively by human power or used exclusively upon stationary rails or tracks. See California Vehicle Code 670
