The collector shall record the other duplicate certificate of redemption with the county recorder in whose office the certificate of sale was recorded and shall pay the recording fee provided for in § 27361 of the Government Code. Such recorded certificate of redemption is conclusive in favor of a purchaser or encumbrancer for value.
