A proposed annexation petition shall contain:
(a) A request addressed to the annexing district, petitioning the annexing district to annex the petitioning district.
Terms Used In California Water Code 75951
- Annexing district: means a water conservation district which has been petitioned by a petitioning district to be annexed thereto. See California Water Code 75940
- Petitioning district: means a water conservation district which proposes to petition or which has petitioned another water conservation district to annex its territory to that other water conservation district. See California Water Code 75940
(b) A statement setting forth the desirability or necessity of the annexation.
(c) Any terms subject to which the annexation shall be conditioned.
