Connecticut General Statutes 10-231h – Standard reporting forms for inspections re school building indoor air quality and heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
(a) The Department of Administrative Services shall develop a standard school building indoor air quality reporting form to be used by local and regional boards of education when conducting a uniform inspection and evaluation program of the indoor air quality within a school building pursuant to subdivision (2) of subsection (d) of section 10-220. The department shall make such form available on its Internet web site.
(b) The department shall develop a standard school building heating, ventilation and air conditioning system reporting form to be used by local and regional boards of education when conducting a uniform inspection and evaluation of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system within a school building pursuant to subdivision (3) of subsection (d) of section 10-220. The department shall make such form available on its Internet web site.
(c) The department may consult with representatives from the indoor air quality and heating, ventilation and air conditioning industry to develop the standard reporting forms described in this section.
