Each public institution of higher education under the jurisdiction of the Board of Regents for Higher Education shall include the 9-8-8 National Suicide Prevention Lifeline number on each student identification card that is distributed to a student at the institution after said lifeline has been operational in the state for three hundred sixty-six days.
