Any person aggrieved by any determination or order made by the probate judge pursuant to this chapter may appeal therefrom to the Superior Court in the same manner and with the same effect as from other orders or decrees of the Probate Court.
Terms Used In Connecticut General Statutes 12-405
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
