Any person aggrieved by any order, authorization or decision of the Commissioner of Transportation under the provisions of this chapter may appeal therefrom in accordance with the provisions of section 4-183.
Terms Used In Connecticut General Statutes 13b-413
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
- Person: means any individual, firm, copartnership, corporation, limited liability company, company or association or its lessees, trustees or receivers. See Connecticut General Statutes 13b-387
