Any person who impersonates an inspector or agent of the Department of Motor Vehicles shall, for the first offense, be deemed to have committed an infraction, and for each subsequent offense shall be fined not less than fifty dollars nor more than five hundred dollars.

- Person: includes any individual, corporation, limited liability company, association, copartnership, company, firm, business trust or other aggregation of individuals but does not include the state or any political subdivision thereof, unless the context clearly states or requires.
