The executive director of the Connecticut Airport Authority shall provide for hearings upon request of any person who may be affected by the executive director’s orders or acts under the provisions of this chapter and may provide for a stay thereof until a hearing is had. Any person aggrieved by any order or act of the executive director hereunder may appeal therefrom in accordance with the provisions of section 4-183.

- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
