Any person aggrieved by the action of a board of appeals acting under the provisions of subsection (c) of section 15-94, or any municipality aggrieved by the action of the executive director, may appeal therefrom as provided in section 8-8.
Terms Used In Connecticut General Statutes 15-95
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
