Any person aggrieved by any action of any board may appeal therefrom in accordance with the provisions of section 4-183.
Terms Used In Connecticut General Statutes 20-336
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
- Person: means an individual, partnership, limited liability company or corporation. See Connecticut General Statutes 20-330
