The Commissioner of Consumer Protection shall, in consultation with the Labor Commissioner and within available appropriations, establish a training program for contractors engaged in the repair and replacement of concrete foundations that have deteriorated due to the presence of pyrrhotite.

- Commissioner: means the Commissioner of Consumer Protection or any person designated by the commissioner to administer and enforce this chapter. See Connecticut General Statutes 20-419
