Connecticut General Statutes 20-524 – Report to Governor
The commission shall submit to the Governor, as provided in section 4-60, a report of its official acts under the provisions of sections 20-500 to 20-528, inclusive. The commission shall keep a record of proceedings and orders pertaining to the matters under its jurisdiction and of certifications, licenses, limited licenses or provisional licenses granted, refused, suspended or revoked by it and of all reports sent to its office. The commission shall furnish without charge, for official use only, certified copies of certifications, licenses, limited licenses, provisional licenses and documents relating thereto, to officials of this state or any municipality in this state, to officials of any other state and to any court in this state. Any certified copy of any document or record of the commission, attested as a true copy by the chairman of the commission, shall be competent evidence in any court of this state of the facts contained in such document or record.
