Any person aggrieved by any action of the department may appeal therefrom in accordance with the provisions of section 4-183.
Terms Used In Connecticut General Statutes 21-72
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
- Department: means the Department of Consumer Protection. See Connecticut General Statutes 21-64
- Person: means an individual, corporation, limited liability company, the state or any political subdivision thereof, agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, two or more persons having a joint or common interest, and any other legal or commercial entity.
