(a) A resident who claims that an owner is violating any provision of this chapter, or an owner who claims that a resident is violating any provision of this chapter, may request a declaratory ruling from the Department of Consumer Protection.
Terms Used In Connecticut General Statutes 21-83e
- Department: means the Department of Consumer Protection. See Connecticut General Statutes 21-64
- owner: means a licensee or permittee or any person who owns, operates or maintains a mobile manufactured home park. See Connecticut General Statutes 21-64
- Resident: means a person who owns, or rents and occupies, a mobile manufactured home in a mobile manufactured home park. See Connecticut General Statutes 21-64
(b) A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed an unfair or deceptive trade practice under chapter 735a.
