The board of directors of the Materials Innovation and Recycling Authority shall submit to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to finance, revenue and bonding a copy of each audit of the authority conducted by an independent auditing firm, not later than seven days after the audit is received by said board of directors.
Terms Used In Connecticut General Statutes 22a-263b
- Authority: means the Materials Innovation and Recycling Authority created and established pursuant to this chapter or any board, body, commission, department, officer, agency or other successor thereto. See Connecticut General Statutes 22a-260
- Recycling: means the processing of solid waste to reclaim material therefrom. See Connecticut General Statutes 22a-260
