Any person who, or firm, partnership or corporation which, violates any provision of sections 31-29 to 31-31, inclusive, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars for each separate offense.

- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
