No person, including, but not limited to, a consumer, commencing an action under sections 35-34 and 35-35, shall have the right of attachment without first obtaining an order from the superior court in which such action shall be brought.

- Attachment: A procedure by which a person's property is seized to pay judgments levied by the court.
- Person: means any individual, proprietorship, corporation, limited liability company, firm, partnership, incorporated and unincorporated association, or any other legal or commercial entity. See Connecticut General Statutes 35-25
