An application for a license as a licensed public weigher shall be made upon a form prescribed by the commissioner and the application shall furnish evidence that the applicant has the qualifications required by section 43-16c.
Terms Used In Connecticut General Statutes 43-16d
- Commissioner: means the state Commissioner of Weights and Measures. See Connecticut General Statutes 43-16a
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- Licensed public weigher: means a natural person licensed under the provisions of this chapter. See Connecticut General Statutes 43-16a
