Connecticut General Statutes 51-1d – Court Support Services Division. Transfer of duties of various offices, duties and personnel to Court Support Services Division
There is established a Court Support Services Division within the Judicial Branch consisting of Adult Probation Services, Family Services, Pretrial Services, Juvenile Services and Juvenile Clinical, Educational and Residential Services. Notwithstanding any provision of the general statutes, the duties of the various offices, divisions and personnel which comprise the Court Support Services Division are transferred to the Court Support Services Division, and the Office of Adult Probation, Office of Alternative Sanctions, Office of the Bail Commission, Family Division and Juvenile Detention Services Division are dissolved. The Judicial Branch shall establish such job titles and assign the units and functions formerly assigned to the offices, divisions and personnel which comprise the Court Support Services Division in order to efficiently and effectively carry out the duties of the Court Support Services Division.
