The provisions of titles 53, 53a and 54, including the right of appeal, shall apply to sections 54-76b to 54-76m, inclusive, insofar as they are applicable and not inconsistent herewith.
Terms Used In Connecticut General Statutes 54-76n
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
