Grantees shall submit to the Department of Education on an annual basis program and financial reports on such forms as the department may require. In accordance with the provisions of sections 4-230 to 4-236, inclusive, and regulations adopted thereunder, each grantee shall file an appropriate audit of grant funds with the department on or before December first of the fiscal year following the grant year.
