The Superior Court shall have original and exclusive jurisdiction over any violation of this chapter.
Terms Used In Delaware Code Title 10 Sec. 4517
- Court: means the Superior Court of the State, and includes any Judge of the Court. See Delaware Code Title 10 Sec. 4503
- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
