Terms Used In Delaware Code > Title 10 > Chapter 29 - Code Enforcement and Animal Welfare Officers

  • Arrest: Taking physical custody of a person by lawful authority.
  • Child: means a person who has not reached the age of 18 years. See Delaware Code Title 1 Sec. 302

  • Summons: Another word for subpoena used by the criminal justice system.
