Enlistment and oath of enlistment in the National Guard of this State shall be in conformity with the provisions of the National Defense Act and any amendments thereto.

Terms Used In Delaware Code Title 20 Sec. 131
- National Defense Act: means an act of Congress, entitled, "An Act for making further and more effectual provisions for the national defense, and for other purposes" approved by the President, June 3, 1916, and any and all acts amendatory and supplementary thereto. See Delaware Code Title 20 Sec. 102
- State: means the State of Delaware; and when applied to different parts of the United States, it includes the District of Columbia and the several territories and possessions of the United States. See Delaware Code Title 1 Sec. 302
