This chapter shall apply to all state departments and agencies receiving appropriations as set forth in the Budget Appropriation Bill.
Terms Used In Delaware Code Title 29 Sec. 6402
- Appropriation: The provision of funds, through an annual appropriations act or a permanent law, for federal agencies to make payments out of the Treasury for specified purposes. The formal federal spending process consists of two sequential steps: authorization
- State: means the State of Delaware; and when applied to different parts of the United States, it includes the District of Columbia and the several territories and possessions of the United States. See Delaware Code Title 1 Sec. 302
