This subchapter directs the Division of Public Health, in collaboration with the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control to establish state-level maximum contaminant levels (“MCL”) for certain contaminants found in public drinking water systems in this State.
Terms Used In Delaware Code Title 29 Sec. 8091
- Department: means the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control. See Delaware Code Title 29 Sec. 8092
- Division: means the Division of Public Health. See Delaware Code Title 29 Sec. 8092
- State: means the State of Delaware; and when applied to different parts of the United States, it includes the District of Columbia and the several territories and possessions of the United States. See Delaware Code Title 1 Sec. 302
