Each member of the Tax Appeal Board shall be paid a salary of $5,500 per year. The chairperson shall be paid an additional $500 per year.

Terms Used In Delaware Code Title 30 Sec. 322
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
- Tax: shall be deemed also to refer to license fees imposed under Part III of this title. See Delaware Code Title 30 Sec. 502
- Year: means a calendar year, and is equivalent to the words "year of our Lord. See Delaware Code Title 1 Sec. 302
