The Division may expend the sums of money it deems proper and necessary for effectuating the objects of this chapter. The sums of money may not in the aggregate in any 1 year exceed the sum of money appropriated to the Division for these purposes.

Terms Used In Delaware Code Title 31 Sec. 2105
- Division: means the Division for the Visually Impaired under § 7929 of Title 29, a division of the Department of Health and Social Services. See Delaware Code Title 31 Sec. 2101
- Year: means a calendar year, and is equivalent to the words "year of our Lord. See Delaware Code Title 1 Sec. 302
