At any public hearing held pursuant to this subchapter, the Department of Land Use may summon witnesses, administer oaths and compel the giving of testimony.

Terms Used In Delaware Code Title 9 Sec. 2605

  • Land: means the earth, water and air, above, below or on the surface, and includes any improvements or structures customarily regarded as land. See Delaware Code Title 9 Sec. 2652
  • Testimony: Evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials or before grand juries.
