Fla. Admin. Code R. 27P-14.007 Use of Form HMP-10-00 is required for electronic transmission of an annual inventory report pursuant to EPCRA s. 312 and 324 and
Florida Statutes § 252.88(3) Use of Form HMP-11-00 is required for providing certification of accuracy for electronic transmission filings. Use of Form HMP-08-00 is required for submission of an annual inventory report or alternate threshold filing fee submitted pursuant to EPCRA s. 313.
