Receipt of an application for a hearing by the Department shall automatically defer the entry of any order of suspension pending hearing and final determination by the Department and for an additional thirty (30) days thereafter to permit compliance with Florida Statutes Chapter 324, in the event of an adverse ruling by the Department.
