(1) Final Confirmation of Allocation shall be made by the Division on Form BF 2007. The form shall contain the following information:

Terms Used In Florida Regulations 19A-4.008

  • Precedent: A court decision in an earlier case with facts and law similar to a dispute currently before a court. Precedent will ordinarily govern the decision of a later similar case, unless a party can show that it was wrongly decided or that it differed in some significant way.
    (a) The Division Serial No. of the Notice which requested the allocation;
    (b) The dollar amount of the final confirmation; and
    (c) The name of the Issuer.
    (2) Form BF 2007 shall not be issued until timely notification of issuance of bonds, and any excess available for allocation, is received by the Division pursuant to Florida Statutes § 159.805(5)
    (3) Form BF 2007 shall be issued immediately upon receipt by the Division of the timely notification of issuance of bonds, and any excess available for reallocation, required by Florida Statutes § 159.805(5) It is the intent of this rule that the receipt of Form BF 2007 by the Issuer shall not be a condition precedent to the issuance and delivery of bonds; pursuant to that end, Form BF 2007 may be deemed to have been issued by the Division immediately upon the timely initiation of the notification required by Florida Statutes § 159.805(5)
