(1) The Art in State Buildings Program acquires artwork for public display in the interior or exterior of state buildings, in accordance with Florida Statutes § 255.043 Each agency shall follow the art selection process and forms contained in the Art in State Buildings Handbook (CA2E120, effective 10/09), incorporated by reference and available at www.Florida-Arts.org., and in doing so, shall report funding appropriations and submit documentation supporting its art selection process to the Florida Council on Arts and Culture.
