Certificates of inspection and certificates of grade issued at approved FQSC Program plants must be issued pursuant to the terms of the “”Florida Quality Systems Certification Program – Program Description and Guidelines”” published by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, dated 1-17-06, which is incorporated herein by reference under the terms of Fl. Admin. Code R. 20-64.025, and shall be on forms prescribed by the Florida Department of Citrus.
