The following development shall be presumed to be a development of regional impact and subject to the requirements of Florida Statutes Chapter 380:
Any proposed office park operated under one common property ownership or management, that:
(1) Occupies more than thirty (30) acres of land; or
(2) Encompasses more than three hundred thousand (300,000) square feet of gross floor area.
