Appeals from a local government’s decision on development orders in the Area of Critical State Concern shall be made to the Florida Land and Water Adjudicatory Commission by filing a notice of appeal with the Commission in accordance with Florida Statutes § 380.07

- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
