(1) In addition to the RDRP under Section 186.509, Florida Statutes, parties may consider the applicability of other resolution processes within Florida Statutes, including: Intergovernmental Coordination Element, Section 163.3177(6)(h)(1) & (2), F.S., Port Master Plans, Florida Statutes § 163.3178; Community Residential Homes, Florida Statutes § 419.001(5); Cross Acceptance Negotiation Process, Florida Statutes § 186.505(22); Location of Spoil Sites, Florida Statutes § 380.27; Administrative Procedures Act, Florida Statutes Chapter 120; Florida Governmental Cooperation Act, Florida Statutes Chapter 164; Mediation Alternatives to Judicial Action, Florida Statutes Chapter 44
    (2) When appropriate, parties may obtain a stay of judicial or administrative proceedings to provide time for RDRP negotiations.
